2026
Ten years ago I began my body transformation. During that time, I’ve made a 130-pound transition from a 225 lb, stiff gym bro, to a 160 pound bean pole, and finally the strong, supple, mobile, figure I’m proud to currently be. The journey has made me a resilient coach who understands both the science and the practice of sustainable change, culminating with a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences, completed in 2022.

I started by fixing posture, which necessitated I lose more than 60 pounds in order to improve my and flexibility. I also experimented with some extreme dieting strategies, starting with low carb, ketogenic, carb-cycling, time-restricted, and everything in between. I’ve completed seven 5-day, water fasts, and even blended my food for two weeks during the pandemic before accepting that behavior may lead to me being single forever.

At my lowest weight, I knew I must begin intentionally rebuilding my strength and size, which I’ve done the last five years using functional lifting, calisthenics, and disciplined protein intake to add the rest of the weight back as quality muscle. I bring my education, specializing in Neuroanatomy, paired with my physical transformation, including a nearly one inch gain in height to help my clients achieve any number of goals, including but not limited to weight loss, strength, muscle mass, balance, coordination, posture, body composition, injury prevention, athletic performance and physical rehabilitation.
